About Me
Meet Rosie.
I’m Rosie, a Wellbeing Coach, Yoga Teacher, Astrologer, and the founder of The Swan Method. With over ten years of experience as a yoga teacher and more than 15 years as a counselling therapist, I’ve had the privilege of helping many people navigate their challenges. I’m often told I’m easy to open up to, creating a safe space for those I work with.
I believe wholeheartedly in the power of living authentically and the profound transformation that occurs when we align the body, mind, and emotions to achieve true wellbeing. Focusing on just one aspect—whether it’s neglecting the role of the unconscious mind in healing or overlooking the nervous system’s need for balance—limits our ability to heal and fully embrace wellness.
Whether in a yoga class or through one of my therapies, everything I offer is designed with this holistic approach in mind, integrating the body, mind, and emotions to foster healing, balance, and the freedom to step forward into lasting wellness.
Bridging Body & Mind
True healing isn’t just about addressing the mind or body in isolation. The mind, body, and emotions are deeply interconnected, with imbalances in one area rippling through the others. For example, emotional stress often manifests as physical tension, while a dysregulated nervous system can prevent emotional healing. By working holistically—through movement, breath, emotional release, and nervous system balancing—you can experience profound and sustainable healing. This is the foundation of everything I offer, helping you restore harmony and reconnect with your authentic self.

My mission is to help you cultivate a deep mind-body connection, achieve physical wellness, and find emotional stability. Through nervous system resetting, therapy, yoga, and well-being coaching, I will support your journey toward greater freedom, authenticity, and reduced stress. Together, we will work toward a more balanced, fulfilling, and healthier life.
MY STORY
A Journey from Pain to Peace
My own healing journey has shaped everything I offer today. As a counsellor, I spent many years helping others whilst continuing my own healing path as someone who had suffered with chronic pain since being a teenager.
Though counselling therapy was very helpful, it was many years of work and focused primarily on the mind, leaving the body out of the healing process. I also didn't feel counselling gave me the tools and techniques I needed to make changes.
The turning point came when I discovered yoga—not just as a physical practice, but as a powerful tool to reconnect mind, body, and emotions and to reset a traumatised nervous system that struggled to stay balanced.
This new understanding inspired me to train as a Yoga Teacher and many years later, I went on to create my own unique healing therapy, The Swan Method. Through this therapy, the body, mind, and emotions (and crucially the nervous system too) can release stored emotional pain and cultivate resilience and peace of mind.
